U.S. softball team for N.Z.
PA Wellington The New Zealand softball team will play a double-header against the American side, Lancaster Chamelions, at Fraser Park, Lower Hutt on Sunday, February 21. .At a meeting of the council of the New Zealand Softball Association in Wellington on Saturday, approval was given for a New’Zealand tour by the Califor-
nia team. The tour will be hosted by the Hutt Valley club, Qante) Cardinals. Cardinals offered a double- ■ header against the visitors for the national team and it was accepted by the council. The team to meet Chamelions will be chosen after the national provincial tournament at Fraser Park, but there will be no trials as such.
