Blacklist reviewed?
NZPA staff correspondent London The United Nations special committee on apartheid will reconsider the cases of two New Zealand sports administrators whom it has on its blacklist for encouraging contacts with South Africa. The two men. Mr John MacDonald, the chairman of the organising committee of the World Veteran Athletics
Games in Christchurch, and the cricket administrator, Mr Walter Hadlee, have both protested strongly since being placed on the blacklist in May. Their concern that they are on the list in error has been relayed by New Zealand representatives to the United Nations and their case will be heard by a subcommittee . chaired by Mr Gbeho, of Ghana.
