Public Notices A INTENTION TO PREPARE MANAGEMENT PLANS THE RESERVES ACT, 1977 requires that management plans be prepared to establish objectives and policies which guide the administration and development of reserves. You are invited to make written comments and submissions on the future use and management of the reserves listed below, for consideration in the preparation of management plans. ONAWE PENINSULA RESERVE - situated at the head of Akaroa Harbouru between Barrys Bay and Duvauchelle Bay. HAMMOND POINT RESERVE - in Akaroa Harbour between Robinsons Bay and Takamatua Bay. AKAROA HEAD RESERVE - situated at the end of Lighthouse Road on the North Head of Akaroa Harbour, overlooking Haylocks Bay. WAINUI SCENIC RESERVE - situated in the Akaroa Harbour in the north corner of Wainui Bay and about. 1 kilometre north-east of Wainui. KAITUNA SPUR SCENIC RESERVE - located at the head of Kaituna Valley. MORICE SETTLEMENT SCENIC RESERVE - located 6 kilometres north-east of Little River, west of Mt Sinclair and adjacent to Whites Road. PORT LEVY SCENIC RESERVE - situatted on either side of the Little River/Port Levy Road about 5 kilometres from Port Levy. HAY SCENIC RESERVE - situated adjacent to Pigeon Bay Road about 2 kilometres from Pigeon Bay. GOODWIN SCENIC RESERVE - located at the end of Starvation Gully Road about 3 kilometres east of Pigeon Bay. Poultry Board pursuant to regulation 3 of the poultry board regulations 1980 wishes to advise its intention to establish the borough of Ashburton (including the township of Tinwald), as may be from time to time constituted, as an egg marketing area.
