NZMC move
From December 1 the metal trading division of the New Zealand Motor Corporation subsidiary, Sheet Metals, Ltd, and the metal trading subsidiary of the National Dairy Association. Ltd. Colling Steel Ltd. will merger their activities. The newly merged company will continue to trade under the name Gollin Steel, Ltd, and will be jointly owned by the National Dairy Association of New Zealand, Ltd, and the New Zealand Motor Corporation’s subsidiary Sheet Metals, Ltd. The move is made to rationalise existing operations to achieve both a larger range and supply of stocks and an increased return on investment the boards of the two companies said.
