Iran pays $8.5M
PA Wellington The Meat Board is confident that Iran will soon pay for the rest of this year's lamb shipments.after yesterday's payment of $8.5 million. The payment was for a cargo of 3600 tonnes of lamb discharged from the ship Hidlefjord in late October at the Iranian port of Bandar Abbas. A board spokesman said.he was confident that payment for the five remaining'shiploads would come through soon. ’ .
