PA Wellington David Hinckley, of Dunedin, has won the annual Gordon and Gotch National Short Story Award, held at the Te Awamutu Festival of Arts. Two Wellington writers, Bub Bridger and Rosaleen Conway, were second and third respectively. The award received 220 entries and prizes totalled $625.
