Police holiday home
PA Nelson Negotiations were underway to buy a police holiday home in Nelson with money from the Prime Minister's Springbok tour appeal fund, said the chairman of the Police Staff and Benevolent Welfare Fund. Mr Peler Mairs, yesterday. He said from Wellington-
that as neogitations were not yet complete he would give no details. Directors of the fund had been assessing properties in Nelson and Marlborough and on Monday had made an offer for the Nelson property. More’ than $lOO,OOO was subscribed to the fund after the tour
