Egypt, 2538-303, scoring three double-century and five century breaks,- and Agrawal recorded the highest break of the championship — 384 — in beating D. Sneddon, of Scotland. 2780-824. In the other group, Lateef Bux, of Pakistan, beat Dave Meredith, of New Zealand, 1654-953, and took a step nearer reaching the semifinal.
