Church fire probed
The Christchurch police are still investigating a fire which damaged an Anglican church early yesterday morning.
Minor damage was caused to a side doorway of the Holy Trinity Church, Avonside Drive, about 12.30 a.m. Investigations are still continuing into the throwing of two molotov cocktails at a Garlands Road house on Monday night.
Both bombs bounced off a wall and burned themselves out on the lawn. The police think it could be a case of mistaken identity.
