Firearm offences
PA Dunedin Firearm offences relating to an incident in Dunedin on October 14, the day the Queen was in Dunedin, were among 19 charges to which a student, Christopher John Lewis, aged 17, pleaded guilty in the District Court at Dunedin yesterday. They also included charges of .aggravated robbery of the Andersons Bay Post Office on October 9; setting fire to Anderson Sound and Video, Ltd, on August 5, and the Otago Power Boat Club’s shed on September 7; and a number of burglary offences. Lewis was remanded in custody to the High Court for - sentence on December 10.
