OXFORD COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION FOR SANCTION OF LOAN NOTICE is hereby given that the Oxford County Council proposes at its meeting to be held on the 7th day of December, 1981, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Authorities Loans Board for its sanction to the raising of a special loan of $30,000 for the purpose of erecting a caretakers residence at the Ashley Gorge Reserve. The security for the loan shall be a special rate of such amount each year upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the County of Oxford as may in that year provide sufficient revenue for the payment of the annual charges in respect of the loan plus 10 per cent thereof, which rate shall continue until the loan is paid off. At current values the special rate would amount to 0.0051 cents in teh dollar upon the Capital value of all rateable property in the County of Oxford. It is not proposed to levy or collect all or part of this revenue by special rate. Loan charges will be met from revenue from the Ashley Gorge Camping Ground. Any person who objects to the proposed application should submit his objection in writing to the Oxford County Council so as to be received at its office at 37 Main Street, Oxford, not later than 9 a.m. on tire day of the said meeting.
