Helping the disabled
Heavy duty wheelchairs are being developed for rough terrain, with particular concern for Third World countries, as the International Year of the Disabled draws to a close. They have been designed for people in developing countries, particularly where it is wet or there are few formed roads, who do not have access to the luxury of modern stores and repair shops.
