Actress's bid fails
The attempt by the actress Brooke Shields, to bar further use of nude pictures taken of her when she was 10 has been dismissed by a Manhattan judge. Miss Shields, aged 16, had asserted that further commercial use of the photographs would cause her irreparable harm. But the - judge said that while the photographer, Garry Gross, was free to use the photographs “for legitimate purposes,” he barred him from licensing the shots “to pornographic magazines.” — New York.
