No official statement on the terms of the payout is available. Terms of the agreement, which was between Multicon Engineering, Ltd, the Fed-

The agreement, which was negotiated earlier this year, was believed to be on a job-and-finish basis up' to July 30, 1982. • Under the agreement boilermakers were to be paid until July 30 next year irrespective of an earlier finish to the structural steel work. The end of the job last Friday under the agreement entitled the workers to about BVz months pay based on the average of their earnings over the last 12 months, plus other entitlements. _____
