Hadlee starts cricket clinic
Richard Hadlee will' be doing his piece to maintain the standard of Canterbury cricket over the next three weeks. Starting today he will hold a series of coaching clinics for 80 boys aged between 10 and 13 from North Canterbury, Christchurch and Ashburton. There will be four clinics and the final clinic on December 7 will be for a representative team chosen from the first four clinics. The scheme is being sponsored by the Canterbury Building Society. Hadlee has planned the clinics himself and will devote the time to fundamental ■skills, practice tips and motivation. He will also use
video equipment to help correct individual techniques. Hadlee will be helped by two registered coaches. ■
