Public Notices. - Paparua STOPPING OF PORTIONS OF HAREWOOD ROAD, HACKS ROAD AND < JESSONS ROAD IT IS HEREBY publicly notified that pursuant to Section 342(1) (a) of the Local Government Act, 1974, the Paparua County Council proposes to stop those portions of the above mentioned roads as described in the Ist schedule hereto AND FURTHER it is hereby publicly notified that the Paparua County Council proposes to lay out a new road to be made in lieu thereof, as described in the 2nd Schedule hereto. FIRST SCHEDULE ALL THAT parcel of land containing 3.3794 ha or thereabouts shown marked "A" on Survey Office Plan 15474. This refers to the portions of Harewood Road commencing from the west side of Burns Road and extending westerly to a point approximately 350 metres west of Jessons Road, a portion of Hacks Road commencing from the west side of Bums Road and extending to its intersection with Harewood Road and all of Jessons Road except for the last 100 metres or thereabouts. SECOND SCHEDULE . ALL THAT parcel Of land containing a total of 2.1293 ha or thereabouts shown marked “A.” "B,” "C.” “E” and “G” bn Survey Office Plan 15594. This refers to a new road to be made, starting from a point approximately 250 metres along Shipleys Road from Johns Road intersection and extending in a curve in a generally westerly direction to meet up with the unformed legal road which commences at the terminal part of Jessons Road. The above mentioned plans mav be inspected during normal office hours at the Offices of the Paparua County Council, 149 Main South Road, Sockburn. Any person having any objection to this prbposal is required to submit this objection to this proposal is required to submit this objection in writing to the undersigned not later than Friday.
