Abcal 1:2 bonus
Associated British Cables, Ltd, is planning a 1:2 bonus issue by capitalising $1,875,000 from the revalua.tion of assets reserve. Shareholders will be asked for their approval at a meeting to be held on December 3.
The $1,875,000 shares will rank equally in all respects with Abcal’s existing capital.
