PA Wanganui Prices for good wools were steady at the combined Well-ington-Wanganui sale yesterday.

Poorer wools and earlyshorn were up to 2%-per cent cheaper than at Invercargill on Thursday.

Oddments were down 2 1 /z per cent.

Buying was well spread, support coming from Europe, China, Japan, and New Zealand scouring interests.

The Wool Board bid on 40 per cent of the offering and bought 15.6 per cent. The adjusted weighted
