Colt deal
Colt (N.Z.), Ltd, the Christchurch-based manufacturer and designer of ventilation, heating and solar equipment, has purchased Airite Sales and Services, the South Island refrigeration and air conditioning subsidiary of Fletcher Mechanical, Ltd. Colt Airite will trade throughout the South Island as an autonomous division of Colt (N.Z.), Ltd, maintaining links with Airite in the North Island. Colt Airite will handle the international Carrier and Zonepak dealerships in New Zealand.
