Pizza rolls
COCKS CORNER
You Will Need: 2 round hamburger rolls 1 medium onion, sliced 1 tablespoon butter 2 medium tomatoes, chopped - or sliced 2 tablespoons green pepper % cup grated tasty cheese Salt and pepper What To Do:
1. Cut rolls in half and scoop out enough bread to make a reasonably large hole. 2. Saute onions in butter until tender and brown. 3. Divide onion between the 4 roll halves.
4. Top with tomato and
green pepper. 5. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Sprinkle with cheese. 7. Bake in oven 190 deg C, for 15 to 25 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
