Assistant Trustee appointed
Mr W. B. R. Hawkins has been appointed Assistant Public Trustee. He succeeds Mr N. W. Currie, who has been appointed Public Trustee. Mr Hawkins, a qualified barrister and solicitor, came to New Zealand from Britain in 1955 to work al the Auckland branch of the Public Trust Office. He has worked in Public Trust offices in Timaru. Palmerston North. Hamilton, and Wellington. Last year he became an assistant public trustee.
