In the opinion of tne Audit Office the attacned financial statements fairly reflect, in accordance with applicable accounting principles, tne financial positions as at 3.1 March 1981 and the results of the financial operations for the year. Tne extent of the breach is assessed at $40,231. 2. Section 23 of tne Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 in that it has not provided wholly for its ordinary obligations of the year out of its revenue for the year. The extent of the breach is assessed at $108,222. R. J. BURNS. For Controller and Auditor-General. Sepember 28. 1981.
