Manslaughter charge
PA Invercargill Two railway workers have been committed for trial in the High Court at Invercargill on a charge of manslaughter. Ronald Alan Hanse, aged 27, a serviceman, of Balclutha. and John Basil Manson, a driver, of Invercargill, are jointly charged with the manslaughter of . Michelle Anne Brown at the Lindisfarne railway level crossing on March 16. The 11-year-old Otatara girl was killed in a collision between a school bus and a track maintenance machine. After hearing the final . submissions of the Crown prosecutor, Mr B. J.
