PA Wellington Smail ■ businesses received just over S3M in regional development aid in the 198081 year. A total of 149 businesses with less than 50 employees were given grants, said the Under-Secretary of Regional Development (Mr Brill) in answer to a Parliamentary question by Mr J. H. Elworthy (Nat.. Waitaki).
