NZPA Long Beach A man, aged 23, water-ski-ing barefoot at 175 km/h in an attempt for a world record, lost his balance and turned six to eight cartwheels before sinking into the water with fatal injuries, authorities said yesterday. Roy McShea, of HungtingtOD Beach, died of massive injuries on Sunday at the Long Beach Community Hospital.
