CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL THE CHRISTCHURCH CITY BYLAW NO. 111 (1981) CLEAN AIR PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Christchurch City Council, at a meeting held in the Ctty Council Chamber Offices. 163 Tuam Street, Christchurch 1. at 7.30 p.m. on Monday, the 17th day of August, 1981, passed the following resolution: “That in pursuance of lhe powers vested in it by the Local Government Act 1974, the Clean Air Act 1972 and of all other powers it therunto enabling, the Christchurch City Council hereby makes and ordains the Christchurch City Bylaw No. 11l (1981) Clean Air." The object or purport of the Bylaw is to provide for the licensing of industrial and trade combustion and other air polluting processes as defined in the Second Schedule of the Clean Air Act 1972. IT IS HEREBY FURTHER PUBLICLY NOTIFIED that the foregoing resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held in the Civic Offices, situate as aforesaid, at 7.30 p.m. on Monday, the 21st day of September, 1981, for confirmation by way of Special Order and that a full copy of the said Bylaw is deposited al the office and the Chief City Health Inspector. .Civic Offices, and is now open to the inspection of the public, without fee. during office hours from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday.

CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF MAKING OF SPECIAL ORDER ADOPTION OF INFRINGEMENT NOTICE PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THE LITTER ACT 1979 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Christchurch City Council, at a meeting held in lhe City Council Chamber, Civic Offices. 163 Tuam Street, Christchurch 1. on Monday, the 17th day of August. 1981. passed the following resolution by way of Special Order: "Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 13 and 14 of the Litter Act 1979. the Christchurch City Council hereby resolves by way of Special order: (a) To adopt the provisions of Sections 13 and 14 of the Litter Act 1979 to apply in respect of any Infringement offence committed within the Council’s District. (b) That the nature of any infringement offence or offences shall be any offence specified in section 15 (1) of the Litter Act 1979.
