St Bede’s recovers
St Bede's College, after its run of three successive defeats, has finally got back into a winning vein, beating Burnside H.S., 4-0. and thus sharing with Linwood H.S. the Canterbury secondary schools soccer championship, both finished on 26 points, and the constitution of the competition does not make provision for goal difference or goal average to decide when points are the same.
