A three-bedroom weatherboard bungalow at 106 Tennyson Street. Beckenham, was sold for $38,100 at an auction yesterday. Bidding was brisk for the property, which has a 1979 Government Valuation of $24,000. The auction, conducted by Mr W. W. Anderson, of George Anderson. Smiths City Market, Ltd. was attended by a big crowd.
