Presbyterians for union
PA Auckland The Presbyterian Church of New Zealand has voted 27,823 to 24,523 in favour of uniting with the Methodist and other negotiating churches on the basis of the 1971 union plan. 'But Auckland Presbyterians in the June poll voted 3486 to 2222 against such union.
