The object and purport, of the proposed by-law. is to repeal the Hororata/Snowdon Water Race Districts By-law 1981 No. 1 and substitute a new By-law .to enable the annual water charges, including additional charges and instalment periods, to be fixed from time to lime, by resolution of the council, instead of by by-law amendment.
