Town Planning FIRST REVIEW OF DISTRICT PLANNING SCHEME THE PAPARUA COUNTY COUNCIL has prepared a Review of its District Planning Scheme. Halswell Public Library, corner Halswell and Sparks Roads. Submissions and objections to the Review or any part thereof may be made by anybody or person affected or representing some relevant aspect of the public interest. Submissions and objections shall e in writing in Form C prescribed in the Schedule to the Town and County Planning Regulations (1978) or the like effect, and shall be lodged at the Council Offices no later than November 27. 1981 Copies of Form C for submissions and objections are available at the Council Offices.
