Public Notices AIR SERVICES LICENSING ACT 1951 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Section 26 of the Air Services Licensing Act 1951 the Licensing Authority will hold a Public Hearing at 1.30 p.m. on Monday. August ‘ 10. 1981. in the Conference Room. Grand International Hotel. Corner Guyion and St Hill Streets. Wanganui, to consider applications to amend Air Service Licence No.s 970 and 1061 in the name of Wanganui Aero Work Limited. P.O. Box 509. Wanganui, as follows: (1) AIR SERVICE LICENCE NO. 970. -I (a) Add three Bell 2068 Jet Ranger helicopters or helicopters of equivalent capacity to the authorised fleet. (b) Delete two Hiller 12E helicopters or helicopters of equivalent capacity from the authorised fleet. (c) helicopter charges: Air Charter—ss2o.oo per hr. Air Taxi—sl7o.oo per hour. (d) Add one Bell 205A1 helicopter (paseneer seating capacity 14) or helicopter of equivalent capacity to the authorised fleet. (e) Prescribe helicopter charges: Air Charter—sl2so.oo per hr. Air Taxi—sl2s.oo per hour. (2) AIR SERVICE LICENCE No. 1061. (a) Add three' Bell 2068 Jet Ranger helicopters or helicopters of equivalent capacity to the authorised fleet increasing to six the number of Bell 2068 Jet Ranger helicopters that may be used on each authorised service namely: (1) Aerial topdressing service - including the use of dusts, prills,' insecticide pellets and spreading of poison. (2) Miscellaneous aerial work.(3) Aerial liquid topdressing service. (4) Aerial spraying service. (b) Delete one Hiller 12E and one Hughes 300 Helicopter or helicopters of equivalent capacity from the authorised fleet for the services authorised namely: (1) Aerial topdressing service — including the use of dusks, prills, insecticide pellts and spreading of poison. (2) Miscellaneous aerial work. (3) Aerial liquid topdressing service. (4) Aerial spraying service. (c) Extend the area of operations in respect of two of the said Bell 2068 Jet Ranger helicopters to cover the whole' of the North Island of New Zealand. (d) Add one Bell 205A1 helicopter or helicopter of equivalent capacity to the authorised fleet: (a) For an area of operations to cover the whole of the North Island of New Zealand that may be used on the following authorised services: (1) Aerial topdressing service — including the use of dusts, prills, insecticide pellets ■ and spreading of poison. (2) Aerial liquid topdressing service. (3) Aerial spraying service. (b) For an area of operations to cover the whole of New Zealand that may be used on the following authorised service: (1) Miscellaneous aerial work. J.
