Words are the keynote in an exhibition of new paintings and drawings by Michael Thomas which opened in the Brooke/Gifford Gallery yesterday. Thomas, a former art critic of “The Press,” describes the show as quite different from his previous one-man exhibitions. Most of the works consist of words, painted or written so that they have maximum graphic or visual impact.
