Tugs fail
PA Wellington Tugs failed yesterday to lift the grounded freighter Pacific Charger .from rocks off Baring Head. The attempt to free the holed ship was timed for high tide at 4.30 p.m.. but a swell . and gusting winds forced salvage officials to abandon the attempt.
