No C.F.M. injunction
Mr Justice Roper in the High Court yesterday refused to grant an injunction to the Primary Producers Cooperative Society, Ltd, to stop the Canterbury Frozen Meat Company, Ltd, from issuing any further shares pending an extraordinary meeting of shareholders on June 16. Details, Page 4.
