Threat to Prince

NZPA London A man was to appear in a Magistrates' Court in London today charged with threatening to kill Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer. Ronald Zem, aged 42, unemployed, was arrested on Monday" and was due to appear before magistrates at London’s Bow Street court today. A Scotland Yard spokesman said that Zem was charged with dispatching a hoax device, threatening to kill, and threatening to destroy.
