A negotiating team.headed by the Secretary for Transport (Mr A. J. Healy) and •the controller of air services policy (Mr J. P. KennedyGood) is going to Argentina earlv next month to discuss a

formal aviation agreement involving Air New Zealand and Aerolineas. Aerolineas already has approval for five charter flights to New Zealand between April and August . with Air New Zealand carrying passengers wanting to travel to Asia. Civil Aviation officials have had preliminary discussions with the Argentinians.
