PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that between 8 p.m. and 9.30 p.m. on Friday, June 5, 1981, the area known as Speakers’ Corner in Cathedral Square will not be available for public speaking. During, the period referred to the Society for the Protection of Individual Rights will be holding a public meeting and, as a consequence, the general permission for public speaking in Cathedral Square, given b.v suspending by resolution of the Council the provision of By-law No. 1, clause 414, is hereby withdrawn for the period stated.
