Moves to challenge Thomas findings
1A Wellington Papers have been filed in the High Court at Auckland to challenge the findings of the Thomas Royal Commission that two police officers were guilty of criminal misconduct during the case.
Mr Graham Butterworth, the Police Associations research officer, said that he did not think a hearing date had yet been set.
Mr Butterworth said that public donations towards the legal costs continued to trickle in, and amounted to several thousand dollars so far.
