TV time tenders received
PA Auckland The Broadcasting Corporation has received at least two tenders from private companies for morning and early afternoon television time. i ■
Northern Television has tendered for 31 hours a week The company's manager. Mr G. Douglas, said he felt the tender was "satisfactory and acceptable." The Alternative Television Network had tendered for "a substantial amount of televison time," said its managing director, Mr M. Wall. The public affairs manager oi the Broadcasting Corporation. Mr C. Martin, declined to reveal whether any other tenders had been received.
The corporation is expected to consider the tenders next week.
