The position is a key management function. It involves working with National, ex-patriates, Government Department etc. An ability to adapt to Local conditions, including the ability to motivate people and to create a team atmosphere, is therefore sought. This position would suit a person between 35 - 50 years of age, but age and qualifications are secondary to possessing the personal quality, maturity and experience that the position demands. Qualifications should be in the area of economics, accountancy or business management. Duties include: —Managing total accounting function. —Controlling finances and reinvestment. —Responsible for general administration. —Controlling Company planning. —Assisting Housing Division Admin. —Administering salaries and personnel —Company Secretary to the Board. The Remuneration reflects the importance of this position. An excellent salary is offered including generous allowances for medical and educational purposes.
