Pavroc shares has cleared the way for Fulton.
A spokesman for Fletcher Challenge, Ltd. Mr John Thompson, confirmed that Fletcher Construction had decided to sell its Pavroc holding to Fulton at the public offer price of 240 c an ordinary 100 c share, which was made on May 11. The documents for the new Fulton offer would be declared unconditional after 35 per cent acceptance had been received, the offer was open to the 100 per cent of shares and notes issued by Pavroc.
