SCHEME PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1978, public notice is hereby given that Change Number 25 (Commercial Special 2 Zone and Broomfield Development) was approved by Paparua County Council by a resolution passed at its meeting held on May 4, 1981.
