Cabinet to study ruling
. A High Court ruling against the Minister of •Works and Development (Mr W. L. Young) will be studied by the Cabinet. In a judgment this week, the Chief Justice (Sir Ronald Davidson) ruled that Mr Young exceeded his powers in refusing to allow the Dannevirl.e Borough Council to take land by compulsory, acquisition.
