David Lloyd Investments, Ltd, and Mr C. L. S. Paterson announce that as a result of developments in relation to Pavroc Holdings, Ltd, since they gave notice of their intended offer for up to onethird of the shares and notes of Pavroc, it is no longer their intention to proceed with the offer.
