Doll dance
In this experiment a piece of glass is 'charged with electricity making paper' dolls dance. You Will Need: A piece ofglass, tissue paper, two books of the same size,' a metal plate and a woollen cloth. What To Do: Cut out a few small figures in tissue paper.. . Arrange therif f dn the plate.
Put the plate between, the books leaving a small space on each side. Charge the glass by rubbing. lit/vigorously with the woollen cloth and place it on the books above the plate, The electricity in the glass.will set the dolls moving. As the metal plate repels: the. electricity they will lie down only ,to be raised again, by/the-glass.
