MALVERN COUNTY COUNCIL HORORATA/SNOWDON WATER RACE DISTRICT BY-LAW AMENDING: CHARGES NOTICE is hereby given that, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Local Government Act (No. 3) 197', the Malvern County Council, at a meeting held on May 8, 1981, resolved by way of Special Order to make a By-law to be known as the Hororata / Snowdon W a t. er Race District By-law 1981 No. 1 The object and purport of the proposed By-law is to repeal the scale of charges as set out in the Hororata/ Snowdon Water Race Districts Bv-law 1980 No. 1 and substitute therefor a new scale of charges as follows: (a) The annual charge for each hectare or part thereof over 15 hectares shall be: $2.84. (b) The annual charge for each property up to la hectares in area shall be: $37.
