STAFF DEVELOPMENT FELLOWSHIP (Post 81/45)

APPLICATIONS are Invited for a Staff Development Fellowship in the School *of Social and Economic Development. Applicants, who should be citizens of one of the South Pacific countries served by the University, should possess a good first degree in Social Science or Arts, an aptitude for research and potential- for future appointment: to an academic post at USP. Applications will be considered for any of the fields of study in the school, viz Accounting, Adminis-tration,-’Economics, Geography, History/Politics, Land Management and Sociology, or for other related areas within the social sciences. The Fellowship will be for an initial period of two years, during which time the Fellow will be expected to spend approximately half of this period- working towards a post-graduate qualification at the Masters level, and the other half teaching in the appropriate discipline.
