BATEMAN, May — On May 11, 1981 (suddenly), at her rest, dence, 43 Johnson Street, Milton, dearly loved wife of the late Albert Redpath Bateman, loved mother of Myrtle (Mrs Taylor, Milton), Alma (Mrs Hills. Milton), and No a (Mrs Hutchison, Christchurch), and loved nana of all her grandchildren and great-grandchild-ren; aged 77 years. A service will be held at the Tokomairiro Co-operating Parish Union Church, Milton, Tomorrow (Wednesday) at 11 a.m., the Funeral then leaving for the Milton Fairfax Cemetery. BEDFORD, Charles Henry (late of Peel Forest and Fairhaven Hospital)—On May 11, 1981, at Christchurch Hospital, dearly loved husband of the late Agnes and Molly, loved father and father-in-law of Leonard and Joan (Oamaru), Charles and Beryl, Bill and Margaret (Nelson), Joyce (Mrs Botting. Gore), Edward and Shona, Tom and Pat, and the late Thelma, and a much loved granddad and greatgranddad; in his 89th year. (Result of an accident.) Cut flowers only, please.
