‘No S.A.L.T. rush'

The American Secretary of State (Mr Alexander Haig) has said that American willingness to discuss Europeanbased missiles with Moscow did not mean President Reagan was ready to resume negotiations on the stalled Strategic Arms Limitation Treaty.
